Overview

More informed decisions can be made by collecting and processing various environmental parameters, consumption data, or other data related to farming, production, and their processes. Based on the data, it is more precise and targeted, where this can be solved, automated intervention can be used to prevent or manage processes that have a detrimental effect on production. Our solution is cost-effective, independent of machine type, and can be installed without loss of warranty.

The data is collected with sensors, or if there are already installed sensors, we extract them from them. Through a data collection device installed on site, using a GSM connection, the sensors send the data to an online, continuously accessible interface, where we can see the information produced according to business considerations. Authorized users can access this interface from a computer or smartphone in order to continuously access the latest data and information.

The system provides the possibility to set alarms for predefined values, so that the competent person is immediately notified of deviations, even via their phone. The collected data can then be compared with other data, even from other systems. Our self-developed software application enables reports and statements to be prepared based on the data and information, which provide a quick overview or in-depth analysis of each data or process.

Our most frequently used sensors connected with wired or wireless technology according to demand and installation options: balance cells, air quality, opening sensors, consumption, humidity, temperature, ammonia gas, air pressure.

According to demand and the expectations of the given task, the detection of virtually any environmental and consumption parameter can be solved with uniquely developed devices. In case of special development needs, we can deliver a solution with the involvement of a suitable partner. It is possible to implement individual development needs after separate consultations.

Data collecting

The data collected by the submeters are sent to our self-developed data collection module via RS485 Modbus protocol.

The data collectors have their own data communication card, which is part of the service. Our tool manages the collection and transmission of data.

In the event that the Internet connection is interrupted for some reason, the data collector can store and transmit the collected data upon the next connection. Your measurement data cannot be lost!

Implementation of sub-measurement

The solution works by using three-phase current transformer submeters and an additional data collection device. Our own installation team installs the devices in the existing distribution cabinet or in a separate distribution box.

Data is collected by sensors or, if sensors are already installed, extracted from them. The sensors use a GSM connection to transmit data via a data collection device installed on site to an online, continuously accessible interface where business-generated information can be viewed.

This interface can be accessed from a computer or smartphone by authorised users to keep them up to date with the latest data and information.
 
The system offers the possibility to set alarms for predefined values, so that deviations are notified immediately to the person responsible, even via their phone. The data collected can then be combined with other data, even from other systems. Our proprietary software application allows you to create reports and statements based on the data and information, providing a quick overview or in-depth analysis of a specific data or process.

On demand and according to the requirements of a given task, the detection of practically any environmental, consumption or operational parameter can be achieved with custom-developed devices. For specific development needs, we can deliver a solution with the right partner. Specific development needs can be met by special arrangement.

Data collector

Sensor data is transmitted to the data logger, which we also install, using secure wired or wireless technology. The data logger transmits the collected primary data via a secure, encrypted GSM connection to our cloud-based data recording and display system. If for some reason it is not possible to transmit the collected data, the data collector can store the data for up to a few weeks and then transmit it when the connection is restored.

Data transmission

From the data logger, the data is sent to our cloud-based data recording and display system at specified intervals using encrypted GSM communication.

The data collected is fed into our proprietary data processing and visualisation application. The software runs in the cloud, allowing us to offer our customers a high level of security and continuous access from any digital device.

The application processes, interprets and transforms the collected data into understandable information. We then filter, organize and group the information based on the identified business need, because we know that there is something worse than little information: if too much and unorganised data pours on the user.
